Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal training. You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute course content.

3. Payments and refunds

• Prices are shown in USD and may change over time.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Refund requests are considered within 14 days if less than 20% of course content was consumed.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, or access without authorization.
• Do not engage in harassment, harmful behavior, or unlawful activity.
• Practice safely and comply with local traffic laws at all times.

5. Disclaimers

Training results depend on multiple factors such as prior experience, environment, and practice frequency. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blazelix ParkCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may stop using the Services at any time.
